1. Call to order.
    
2. Open session: Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes.  Maximum number of speakers per session is four.  No discussion is permitted and no votes will be taken. 8 minutes or less.
    
3. Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Faculty Officers, the Provost, the President of the University, and the Annual Reports from the Senate Standing Committees (enclosures), and the General Faculty Standing Committees (enclosures) 25 minutes.
    
4. Question and answer period for agenda item 3. 10 minutes.
    
5. Approval of the minutes of April 2, 2007 (copies enclosed). 2 minutes.
   
6. Elections for Committee on Conciliation, University Committee on Ethics and Commitment, University Hearing Board, the Faculty Senate representatives to the Senate Executive Committee, the Shared Governance Review Committee, and the Senate Committee on Budget and Strategic Planning (enclosure) – Secretary Jenkins.  5 minutes.
   
7. Approval of ICPC Consent Agenda (enclosure). 5 minutes.
   
8. Discussion and possible action on proposed revisions to curricular policies:

a)      Reducing credit hour restrictions on undergraduates in non-degree status;

b)      Giving international students who are native speakers of languages other than English a new option for satisfying the Foundations-Second language requirement.
