Open session: Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes.  Maximum number of speakers per session is four.  No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken. 8 minutes or less.

Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Faculty Officers, the Provost and the President of the University and the Faculty Senate and General Faculty standing committees (encls). 25 minutes.

Question and answer period for agenda item 3. 10 minutes.

Approval of the minutes of April 7, 2008 (encl). 2 minutes.

Information and possible action: Report and resolution re: Coalition on Intercollegiate Athletics: Andy Silverman, UA Representative to Coalition on Intercollegiate Athletics (encl). 5 minutes.

Information Item: Report on UA Intercollegiate Athletics: Jim Livengood, UA Athletics Director; Jory Hancock, UA Faculty Athletics Representative; and Sylvan Green, Faculty Senate Intercollegiate Athletics Committee representative. 10 minutes.

Information Item: Report on Revisions to the Student Code of Conduct: Student Affairs Policy Committee Chair John Ulreich. 5 minutes

Elections for Committee on Conciliation, University Committee on Ethics and Commitment, University Hearing Board, the Faculty Senate representatives to the Senate Executive Committee, the Shared Governance Review Committee, Senate Committee on Budget and Strategic Planning and the Institutional Review Committee (encls). – Secretary of the Faculty-elect J. C. Mutchler.  5 minutes.

ICPC Consent Agenda item (encl). 2 minutes.
