 7.         First reading and discussion: Pre-employment screening policy (enclosure) – APPC Chair and Senator Kiefer. 15 minutes.

 8.         Second reading and possible action: Proposed revisions to UHAP 5.09 Guidelines for Five-Year Reviews of Deans and Department Heads (enclosure) – APPC Chair and Senator Kiefer. 15 minutes.

9.         Information Item: Athletics Reform – UA Faculty Athletics Representative Dudley Woodard, 10 Minutes; President Likins, 5 minutes; Senator Silverman, 5 minutes.
