2.  Open session: Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes. Maximum number of speakers per session is three. No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken. 10 minutes or less.

3.  Approval of the minutes of October 7, 2002 (copies enclosed). 2 minutes

4.  Information Item: Demonstration of on-line voting – Nancy Huber, Chair, Committee on Elections, and Laura Cisneros, CCIT. 15 minutes

5. Second Reading and Discussion: RPC seconded motion re: Policy on Ethics in Scholarly, Creative, and Research Activities and Procedures for Investigations of Misconduct (enclosure) – Senator Pintozzi. 10 minutes.

6. Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Vice Chair of the Faculty, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost, and the President of the University. 25 minutes

7. Question and answer period for agenda item 6. 10 minutes

8. Senate Discussion of Changing Directions/Focused Excellence at the University of Arizona. (enclosures) 42 minutes

9. Old business. 3 minutes.

10.New business. 3 minutes.

11.Adjournment.
