2.  Open session: Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes. Maximum number of speakers per session is six. No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken. 15 minutes or less.

3.  Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Vice Chair of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost, and the President of the University. 25 minutes.

4.  Question and answer period for agenda item 3. 15 minutes.

5.  Approval of the minutes of October 6, 2003 (copies enclosed). 2 minutes.

6.  Continued discussion and possible action on Faculty Grievance Policy (enclosure)– Chair of the Faculty Hancock. 20 minutes.

7.  ICPC Consent Agenda (enclosure). 3 minutes.

8.  Discussion and possible action: Seconded motion from the Senate Executive Committee re: University of Arizona Interim Policy on Travel to Areas of the World Affected By Infectious Disease Epidemics (enclosure) – Vice Chair Howell. 10 minutes.

9.  Second reading and possible action: Interim Policy on Disruptive Behavior in an Instructional Setting (enclosure) – Senator Warburton. 5 minutes.

10. Faculty Constitution and Bylaws Revisions (enclosure) – Secretary Mitchell. 15 minutes.

11. First Reading: Acceptable Use of Computers and Networks at the University of Arizona Policy (enclosure) – Senator Cusanovich. 10 minutes.

12. Old business. 3 minutes.

13. New business. 3 minutes.
