3.         Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Vice Chair of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost of the University, and the President of the University.  25 minutes.
 

4.         Question and answer period for agenda item 3.  10 minutes.
 

5.         Approval of the minutes of October 4, 2004 (copies enclosed).  2 minutes.
 

6.         Discussion of Higher Education Restructuring – Arizona Faculties Council Chair Fran Bernat. 15 minutes.
 

7.         Information and discussion: Committee of Eleven Budget Concerns Resolution (enclosure) – Committee of Eleven Chair J.D. Garcia and Vice Chair Silverman. 20 minutes.
 

8.         Discussion and action: Revised Shared Governance Memorandum of Understanding (enclosure) – Vice Chair Howell, President Likins. 30 minutes.
