2.  Open session: Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes. Maximum number of speakers per session is three. No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken. 15 minutes or less.

3.  Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Vice Chair of the Faculty,the Secretary of the Faculty,  the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost, the President of the University. 35 minutes.

4.  Question and answer period for agenda item 3. 15 minutes.

5.  Approval of the minutes of September 8, 2003 (copies enclosed). 2 minutes.

6.  First reading: Interim Policy on Disruptive Behavior in an Instructional Setting (enclosure) – Senator Warburton. 12 minutes.

7.  Second reading and possible action: Draft 4: Interim Policy on Threatening Behavior (enclosure) – Senator Jenkins. 10 minutes.

8.  Faculty Grievance Policy (enclosure)– Chair of the Faculty Hancock. 10 minutes.

9.  Faculty Constitution and Bylaws Revisions (enclosure) – Secretary Mitchell. 12 minutes.

10. ICPC Consent Agenda (enclosure). 3 minutes.

11. Old business. 3 minutes.

12. New business. 3 minutes.

13. Adjournment.
