5. Approval of the minutes of September 11, 2006 (copies enclosed). 2 minutes.
    
6. Signing the Shared Governance Memorandum of Understanding, “Guidelines for Shared Governance:”  President Shelton, Provost Davis, Chair Howell, Vice Chair Mitchell. 10 minutes.
