3. Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Faculty Officers, the Provost and the President of the University. 25 minutes.
    
4. Question and answer period for agenda item 3. 10 minutes.
    
5. Approval of the minutes of December 4, 2006 (copies enclosed). 2 minutes.
    
6. Approval of ICPC Consent Agenda (enclosed). 5 minutes.
    
7. First reading and possible action: Revised UHAP 2.13.09 Policy and Procedures for Investigations of Misconduct in Scholarly, Creative and Research Activities at the University of Arizona (enclosed) – Research Policy Committee Chair Michael Cusanovich. 20 minutes.
    
8. Discussion of Senator Gruener’s Faculty Senate Reform Manifesto proposal –Chair of the Faculty Wanda H. Howell. 30 minutes.
