2.  Open session: Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes. Maximum number of speakers per session is three. No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken. 10 minutes or less

3.  Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Vice Chair of the Faculty, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost, and the President of the University. 35 minutes

4.  Question and answer period for agenda item 3. 15 minutes

5.  Approval of the minutes of March 3, 2003 (copies enclosed). 2 minutes

6.  Discussion and action: Grievance Policy and Procedure revisions (enclosure) – Senator Kiefer, 15 minutes.

7.  Second reading and possible action: "Model for Implementation of new P&T/CS review process" (enclosure) – Senator Kiefer, 15 minutes.

8.  First reading and possible action: "Interim Policy on Threatening Behavior by Students" (enclosure) -- Vice President Taylor and Senator Jenkins, 15 minutes.

9.  Old business. 3 minutes.

10. New business. 3 minutes.
