3.   Reports from the President of ASUA, the Vice Chair of the Faculty, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost of the University, and the President of the University. 20 minutes

4.  Question and answer period for agenda item 3. 10 minutes

5.  Approval of the minutes of February 4, 2002 (enclosure). 2 minutes

6.  Discussion and action, Faculty Grievance Policy (enclosure) - Senator Mitchell and Dr. Amy Williamsen, APPC Chair. 25 minutes

7. Ratification of College of Architecture Senator Adrian Esparza. 2 minutes.

9. New business. 3 minutes.

10. Executive Session: Discussion and action on honorary degree nominations (copies will be placed on Senators’ desks on March 4, 2002).
