Call to order.
Open session: 15 minutes or less. Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes. Maximum number of speakers per session is six. No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken.
Reports from the President of ASUA, the Presiding Officer of the Faculty Senate, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost of the University, and the President of the University.
Question and answer period for agenda item 3.
Approval of the minutes of January 25, 1999, and February 8, 1999 (copies enclosed).
Discussion and possible action regarding changing the name of the Honors Program to the Honors College (see enclosure) - Senator Dahlgran, Chair, Instruction and Curriculum Policy Committee
Report on possible revisions to faculty grievance procedures (see enclosure) - Senator Caldwell, Chair, Committee of Eleven, and Senator Silverman, Chair, Revisions Committee
Continued discussion and possible action on revised whistle-blower policy (see enclosures) - Senators Atwater and Troy, Co-chairs, Academic Personnel Policy Committee
