Call to order.

Open session: 15 minutes or less. Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes. Maximum number of speakers per session is six. No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken.

Reports from the President of ASUA, the Presiding Officer of the Faculty Senate, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost of the University, and the President of the University.

Report regarding the Capital Campaign - Chair Hogle; Mr. Richard Imwalle, President of the UA Foundation; and Mr. Rick Frisch, Coordinator of the Capital Campaign in the Foundation

Discussion and action regarding proposed Bylaws amendments - Senator Silverman, Chair, Revisions Committee
