5. Approval of the minutes of January 22, 2007 (copies enclosed). 2 minutes.
    
6. Approval of ICPC Consent Agenda. 5 minutes.
    
7. Discussion and possible action: Approval of the College of Fine Arts Admissions Proposal (encl) – ICPC Chair Conway and SAPC Chair Ulreich.

8. Discussion item: UA-UA South Relationship (encl) – Dean Gerald “Skip” Jubb. 15 minutes.
    
9. Senate discussion of Critical Issues facing the University of Arizona – Chair of the Faculty Howell. 15 minutes.
