Call to order.

Open session: Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes. Maximum number of speakers per session is six. No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken. 15 minutes or less.

Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Vice Chair of the Faculty, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost of the University, and the President of the University. 30 minutes.

Question and answer period for agenda item 3. 15 minutes.

Discussion and possible action (Second Reading) on the Revised Grievance Policies and Procedures for Faculty (please bring previous enclosure from January 22 Senate packet)– Senator Mitchell, Chair, Academic Personnel Policy Committee. 30 minutes

Discussion and possible action on Faculty Constitution and Bylaws revisions – Senator Howell, Chair, Committee on UHAP, Constitution, and Bylaws Changes. 10 minutes.

Continued discussion of Arizona University System Whistleblower Protection Policy – Chair Hogle for the Arizona Faculties Council. 20 minutes.

Old business. 3 minutes.
