2.  Open session: Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes. Maximum number of speakers per session is six. No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken. 15 minutes or less

3.  Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Vice Chair of the Faculty, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost of the University, and the President of the University. 25 minutes

4.  Question and answer period for agenda item 3. 10 minutes

5.  Approval of the minutes of January 14, 2002 (enclosure). 2 minutes

6.  Discussion and action, Faculty Grievance Policy (enclosure) - Senator Mitchell and Dr. Amy Williamsen, APPC Chair. 25 minutes

7.  Millennium Project Report (enclosure) – Dr. Naomi Miller and Dr. Myra Dinnerstein, Millennium Project Co-Chairs. 20 minutes

8.  Approval of consent agenda item forwarded as seconded motion from Senate Executive Committee (enclosure) – Vice Chair Howell. 2 minutes

9.  Discussion of Faculty Salary increase/UCAT recommendation – Senator Schooley. 10 minutes

10.  New business. 3 minutes.

11.  Adjournment.
