2.         Open session: Statements at the podium on any topic, limited to two minutes.  Maximum number of speakers per session is six.  No discussion is permitted, and no votes will be taken.  15 minutes or less.
 

3.         Reports from the President of ASUA, the President of GPSC, the Secretary of the Faculty, the Vice Chair of the Faculty, the Chair of the Faculty, the Provost of the University, and the President of the University.  30 minutes.
 

4.         Question and answer period for agenda item 3.  10 minutes.
 

5.         Approval of the minutes of December 6, 2004 (copies enclosed).  2 minutes.
 

6.         ICPC Consent Agenda (enclosure).  3 minutes.
 

7.         First reading and possible action: Fleet Safety Policy, Research Policy Committee Chair Mike Cusanovich. 15 minutes.
 

8.         Information item: Report on University of Arizona South: Provost George H. Davis and UA South Dean Randall H. Groth. 30 minutes.
 

9.         Old business.  3 minutes.

10.     New business.  3 minutes.

11.     Adjournment.
