Committee reports:

Tri-University, no response from email to ASU so apparently no meeting this spring.

Communications - need new person or committee

Emily Krauz, still waiting on a few receipts but otherwise a done deal

Employee Recognition - event went very well, again mentioned Claudia was recipient, we asked her if she had felt rushed and explained to all how fast it went.

Campus Rec - anticipate expansion complete on Feb 22, 2010 with a Grand Opening planned for that date.

CSW - they were also happy with the Awards Event and are planning on funding for next year as well. They recommend Allison Vaillancourt as the guest speaker. They hope to select the child care vendor by early summer and they have a co-chair for next year instead of one President.

Faculty Senate- they had CERT give an up date  on the H1 virus

Student Union - recently had the bell ringsing, Claudia stated it was a very moving event and enouraged anyone to attend future bell ringings.

UA Cares - they have picked the poster for next year but that is about all

Retreat, July 10th, Randy asked for assistance and a group met right after the meeting.

On Your Own Time - Randy encouraged everyone to attend the Reception Friday 12-2, Phyllis Kabins submitted a piece of her art work.

Claudia reported on the  Survey Monkey survey she is working on she will send questions out to the SAC membership before sending the survey out to all staff. Hope to have results back before  retreat.
