Treasurers report
- $1042 encumbered for conference. $41,000 accounted but to be offset by
registration. The conference should not a money making venture so cost should
not be exorbitant. There seems to be a larger number of newsletters and wondered
about how that list was maintained to reduce cost of persons who have left UA.
List maintained by CCIT not SAC.
Human Resources
Department - Leslie Porter stated the exit interview process was
completed with outside operators in the hopes we would gain more information on
reasons for leaving department and the UA. HR is looking for more responses from
employees and working with Ombuds and career advising on dealing with difficult
supervisors and coaching managers. There will be upcoming salary increases up to
department interpretation. $1650 but includes ASRS increases in July and a 2.5
merit/market/equity.
