Activities for Year 2006
UA Pride Night
Kathi Hart, Grace Aranda and Carolyn Eaton (not pictured)
were present and helped with registration for this event which serves to
remind the legislature that though UA is in Tucson, we are still a
presence in the state and have a voice in decisions they make everyday.

Conference
SAC's first conference was a big hit and we had a lot of
good input from this years attendees. We are looking forward to
next years event and hope to see you there!

On Our Own Time
KUAT June Volunteer Day
Thanks to those who participated in SAC's KUAT pledge
drive on June 24, 2006. Upon the end of KUAT's campaign on June
25th they had raised a total of $190,874 from 1,148 pledges. SAC helped
raise a total of $4,160. Special thanks to Barbara Foster, for all
her help in getting a GREAT group together for us.
Staff Town Hall
with President Shelton
SAC met with President Shelton at their
General meeting on September 5, 2006. Dr Shelton covered issues
brought up by staff.
KUAT
September Volunteer Day
Thanks to those who participated in SAC's KUAT pledge
drive on September 16, 2006. The
results are in -- during our staffing time period on 9/16, pledges for
$6,505 were received. KUAT sends THANKS to its volunteers. Yeah Us!
