| MESA currently has six awards that recognize individual achievement in Middle East studies in the areas of publication, research and writing the dissertation, service to MESA and/or the larger Middle East studies community, and teaching/mentoring. The awards are announced at MESA’s annual meeting during the awards ceremony. |
