Advertisements are accepted in the MESA publications listed at right with a description of costs and services listed below. To place an ad, please mail or fax a 2006 Insertion Order. For more information print out the 2006 Rate Sheet. to the MESA Secretariat. All ads for MESA publications must be submitted camera-ready using a 133-150 line screen. Ad dimensions must adhere to the specifications listed below. Odd sized ads will not be placed unless permission is granted in advance. MESA reserves the right to refuse ads it deems inappropriate or in conflict with MESA’s objectives. MESA publications will not accept advertising from defense and intelligence related agencies from any government. The appearance of an ad in a MESA publication does not imply endorsement by MESA. MESA Newsletter 2006 Rates

The MESA Newsletter is a quarterly publication with a circulation of approximately 2,550. The newsletter finish size is 8 ½" wide x 11" high. The following display ad dimensions and rates apply:

MESA Bulletin 2006 Rates

A biannual publication (June and December). Circulation is similar to the MESA Newsletter plus 900 libraries. Please note: the MESA Bulletin does not accept employment advertisements. Bulletin finish size is 6" wide x 9" high. The following ad dimensions and rates apply:

Annual Meeting Program 2006 Rates

Advertisements are accepted for the Association’s annual meeting program which is distributed to registered attendees at the annual meeting (circulation is anywhere from 1,000 to 2,000 people depending upon the location of the meeting). For the 2006 meeting, the deadline for an insertion order is October 9, 2006 with camera-ready copy due by October 16, 2006.  The following ad dimensions and rates apply:

For those renting exhibit space at the meeting, a reduced rate for advertising in the meeting program is offered.

Renting MESA’s Membership Mailing Lists

Rental of the list is for a one time use only and names should not be put into a database or reused for any other purpose than approved.  Approval must be done prior to receiving the mailing list, which can be done by providing me a copy by fax or email to the contact information listed below.  The list is provided in zip code and country order unless otherwise requested.  We can also do specialized lists by discipline or geographical area of interest.

MESA provides the membership list in the following formats:

• Microsoft Windows ‘Excel file’ from which you or your printing company  format  labels to fit the pressure sensitive labels you wish to use
• Microsoft Windows ‘Word’ document formatted for Avery  labels.

MESA does not provide a list of email addresses of its members.
