The cost is $40 per title. A display copy along with  payment should be sent to the MESA Secretariat.  MESA will sell the display copies  in the last hours of the conference, retaining the proceeds to help offset the cost of staffing the CBD.

MESA prepares a Cooperative Book Display Catalogue which lists all titles on display. Included in the catalogue is a form for ordering directly from the publisher or distributor. Please see the
Cooperative Book Display Instructions for further information and deadlines.  The  Cooperative Book Display Form (Form B) (pdf format) should be completed and returned to the MESA Secretariat.

Selling Books On-site
MESA also offers a means for selling books on-site through the Cooperative Book Display, offering a means for those wanting to sell books but cannot staff a booth.

The stipulations are:

1) Complete the CBD form and pay the $40 display fee.

2) Bring copies of the book to the CBD during setup hours (Thursday, November 6, 2003 from 3:00pm-6:00pm, located in the Book Exhibit - Explorers Hall of the Egan Convention Center ).  We will not accept advance shipments, or shipments on-site.  They must be brought to the exhibit.  Complete the Selling Books On-site Form, stipulating the selling cost.  MESA will sell the copies of the book for a 80-20 split.
