Front Page Web Site Request Form


We will require the name of a valid faculty or staff to request Front Page Web Sites. 

If you require more than one individual  to author against your web site we will need their full names, a valid UANetID username and an email address.  You can receive up to five accounts to access your web site.

 

After the migration has taken place you will access your web site via the following urls: 

http://fp.arizona.edu /websitename
